WIG RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUND POLICY
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. All wigs that were on sale especially final sale are not eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in new, unused, and unworn condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- The return must be initiated by contacting us within 3 days of receipt of the order
Please note that there will be restocking fee on the original wig price from your full refund. If the item you wish to return is proven as defective or damaged, we will waive the restocking fee.
- 15% restocking fee on all orders paid in full using a credit card (non-installment plan)
- 20% restocking fee on all orders paid using an installment plan
$200 will be deducted from any returns, due to the lace already being cut.
Services like sizing, color, cut, thinning, etc service costs are non refundable. Exchanges will only be approved if the item is defective.

Wig measurements are taken from the crown to the longest point while the wig is placed on a standard mannequin head. It is important to understand that individual head size, neck circumference, and styling choices can influence the final length and appearance of the wig when worn.
Product images are captured within the lighting conditions of our salon. We make every effort to accurately represent the colors of our wigs; however, due to variations in screen settings, ambient lighting, and individual perception, we cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your monitor or device will perfectly match the actual product colors.
By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you understand possible variations in length and color.

ALL POP-UP WIG PURCHASES ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. However, we can make adjustments after the purchases. Additional charges may apply depending on adjustment requests.

$100 DEPOSIT BOOKING POLICY:
Cancellations made 72 hours prior to appointment will be granted 50% refund of deposit.
The deposit will not be refunded for no shows, late arrivals (more than 15 minutes), missed appointments, no purchase made.
