Shipping policy
SHIPPING POLICY:
Orders are processed as quickly as possible. Customized wigs may take 2–3 weeks to complete. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
We ship within the U.S. only via UPS with a signature required. Complimentary shipping is included on initial orders, and shipping for approved adjustments is covered. Package insurance and expedited shipping are available upon request for an additional fee. Once your order is placed, please email info@thewigfairy.com
to request insurance or expedited shipping. Rates and delivery times vary by location.
INSURANCE POLICY:
Once a package has left The Wig Fairy facility, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages of any kind. If a package is insured and is lost in transit, reimbursement will be handled directly by the carrier in accordance with their claims process. The Wig Fairy is not responsible for providing updates on lost packages or for carrier claim resolutions.
Clients may choose to opt out of shipping insurance. If insurance is declined, the package will be shipped via UPS with a signature required upon delivery.
For online wig purchases, a member of our team will contact you prior to shipment to offer shipping insurance and review any additional costs associated with coverage.

Canada Shipping & Service Agreement
Shipping Coverage: Shipping costs are covered by The Wig Fairy (new purchases only)
Insurance Fee: Insurance may be requested prior to shipping. In the event that a package is lost by DHL, The Wig Fairy will initiate an investigation. If approved, the wig will be replaced (additional shipping costs will apply).

Duties & Taxes: Duties and taxes are estimated at approximately 20% of the total purchase price and are the sole responsibility of the client. Any additional fees that may be assessed by local customs are also the client’s responsibility. The Wig Fairy is not responsible for any fluctuations or changes in these charges.
Courtesy Discount: To help offset the cost of duties and taxes, The Wig Fairy will apply a $300 USD discount toward your wig purchase.
Adjustments & Service Returns: If your wig needs an adjustment, The Wig Fairy will cover one round-trip shipping cost for requests submitted within 3 business days of delivery. This coverage applies to shipping only and does not include taxes, duties, or any additional fees.
Return/Exchange Policy: Our standard return policy applies to all Canadian orders. Please note that duties, and taxes are non-refundable, and all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the client.
Agreement Acknowledgment: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined above.
